Core Pillars
Aviation
Global operations on high-performance aircraft, with a focus on precision, safety, and adaptability in complex environments.
Leadership
Experience building and leading teams, making decisions under pressure, and taking responsibility when it matters.
Technology
Systems thinking, AI, and practical tools to improve how pilots learn, operate, and make decisions.
My Story
My path into aviation wasn't linear.
I started in pedagogy, driven by a curiosity for how people think and learn. That led me into technology, where I spent nearly a decade building and scaling a company, designing systems, managing teams, and solving complex problems under pressure.
Eventually, I made the transition to aviation.
Today, I fly the Global 7500 in corporate operations, bringing that same systems mindset into the cockpit, understanding how people, machines, and environments interact, and making decisions that are clear, calm, and effective.
How I Think
I write about aviation, leadership, and systems thinking, not as separate topics, but as connected parts of the same discipline.
